I believe this is D'Alessio Seaboard, due south of the Temple of Tolerance (looking east).

Bit hard indeed, by the grass, I'd have to guess somewhere in Kryta.

Thinking of coastal areas, Kassex doesn't fit, Divinity I think has a different sky, Gates doesn't fit, LA doesn't fit, and Stingray stand doesn't fit..

That leaves D'Alessio. but the sky is off.

So I guess it can't be Kryta. No clue :x
